探訪聲明

晨曦島福音戒毒中心安排學員入住西貢晨曦島福音戒毒中心是一個無煙、無毒，只有大自然的地方，他們被安排在這種環境中居住和進行療程才能徹底地脫離以往犯罪、沉迷的根源 - 煙、毒。

因以往發生訪友即使瞭解上述探訪規則，但仍有不遵守的情況發生，破壞探訪之和諧及晨曦島福音戒毒中心開放的目的；如違反探訪規則之情況再度於開放日發生，本會將謝絶犯規團體的再度申請。此安排實情非不得已，務請見諒包涵！

探訪晨曦島訪友須知

請參加機構代本會將「訪友須知」之內容通知每位參加者。

本會懇請各位訪友遵守合作。

1. 在探訪進行期間，探訪機構及訪友切勿進行以下活動：

Ú請勿明示或暗示可以為尚在療程中的學員代找工作

Ú請勿錄影、錄音、採訪

Ú請勿發放問卷

Ú請勿拍照 (風景、團體照除外)

註：如須本會安排貴團體進行以上活動，敬請先向本會總辦事處申請。

2. 嚴禁携帶以下物品到晨曦島，請嚴格遵守，以免嚴重影響本會戒毒同學

毒品、藥物、香煙、酒類、收音機、電子遊戲機、棋類、紙牌、報章、雜誌、不良刊物、寵物含興奮成份之食品及飲料如可樂、咖啡、朱古力、香口膠等。

3. 以下裝束人士，不得上船，所交船費，概不發還，敬請嚴格遵守

吊帶背心或裙、熱短褲、任何低胸或透視裝束。因過船越艇不適宜穿裙，參加人士如有特別需要穿裙，裙長必須過膝。建議穿著波鞋，勿穿拖鞋、滑底鞋。

4. 與本會學員接觸或交流時，敬請提醒各位參加者注意以下事項

Ú請勿借出手提電話給學員使用；

Ú請勿給予學員任何現金，或有價值物品；

Ú請勿單獨與學員合照；

Ú請勿與學員交換聯絡方法；

Ú請勿粗言穢語；

Ú請向學員多作鼓勵及說積極及正面的說話。

5. 探訪時需跟隨本會所訂行程活動，不得離群，為免危險，請在指定範圍內活動。

6. 如遇三號風球或以上、紅色／黑色暴雨警告，是次探訪將會取消，並會考慮另行安排 (本會將保留最後之決定)

導賞團參觀活動時間 

參考流程 (以下流程只供參考，視乎實際情況而作出修改)

上午 9:00開船 --- 逾時不候、敬希垂注！

上午 10:30 至下午 1:00    

信息、獻詩、見證分享、購買紀念品、參加生命教育攤位遊戲、分組交流 (請注意發問之問題，不要涉及私人感情及提及外界發展，並多作鼓勵的說話。) 、遊山參觀

下午 1:00回程

下午 2:10抵西貢碼頭(Subject to actual situation)

HK$200 {包括島嶼-來回船票和訪問費用, 基本保險保障 和行政費用, 參賽者需自行購買保險保障（如有需要)}

Note:

1. Boat transportation and Guided Visit on the Island are arranged and led by Operation Dawn香港晨曦會.
2. Basic Insurance coverage for all participants is arranged by HKUAA 香港大學校友會.
3. Payment is made only when you receive the HKUAA notification email for place offer.
4. Your place offer will be lost and transferred to other applicants still on waiting list when your payment with bank or HSBC payme receipt sent to HKUAA by email is later than the payment deadline date.
5. No refund is allowed after payment, except when the visit event is cancelled by organizer or HKUAA.
    

參加者人數

36 (First-come, First served basis)

Each HKUAA member is eligible to apply for 4 quota (including the applicant) at max together with friends/family members at the age of 18 above. Please provide with full name (same as ID Card) for insurance protection and identity verification during visit

HKUAA members with their friends or family members above the age of 18. They are expected to be physically active to walk on the rough pathway on Island. Applicants are expected to take care of their families/friends through the whole visit. (由於島上較多不平之沙石山路，請預先確保參加者能應付及知悉。)  

Note:

1. Please read all the instructions for the applicants (including your friends and family members) from Organizers – Operation Dawn 晨曦島福音戒毒中心and HKUAA before application.
2. Places will be ONLY offered on first-come first served basis with full information given (Name of all visitors on the sign-up registration form) during the registration and following the guidelines until the quota of 36 is fully placed. 
3. No payment is required when you fill on the sign-up form for registration. 
4. Only the shortlisted applicants (e.g., first 36 applicants or those on waiting list later on) will be notified by HKUAA place offer notification email for payment (either by receipts of payme or bank deposit) later on.
5. Late or no payment after place offer notification email will lead to withdrawal of the places automatically after payment deadline is reached.
6. Places will be assigned based on the time the application is made with full information and right method.
7. Please reserve the place(s) on NEED Basis in order NOT to abuse the quota and waste the resources of Operation Dawn晨曦島福音戒毒中心.
8. Only applicants with full payment receipt sent after receiving place offer notification email will be followed by formal place confirmation email well before the date of visit.
9. HKUAA will not inform those unsuccessful applicants without any place offer or place confirmation later on by any forms.
10. NO walk-in visit on the day is allowed.
11. All successful applicants after receiving notification email need to pay within information of FULL NAME(S) of their participants for visit arrangement by Operation Dawn晨曦島福音戒毒中心.
