HIGHLIGHTS: The class is held by our alumni who has special interest in Bordeaux Fine Wines. The class includes general introduction on Bordeaux wines, how to pick and serve the wines. Content includes: * different Bordeaux Wine classifications (e.g. 1855 Classification & St Emillion Classification) * rating systems by different wine critics * major regions in Bordeaux (e.g. Pauillac, Margaux & St Emillion) * major grapes used for production (e.g. Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot) * tasting on 5 wines (3 Bordeaux wines & 2 New World wines of pure 100% Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot) * how to select wines of different prices and quality * how to serve different Bordeaux wines, including ageing and decanting strategies **REMARKS** This event is FULL.
