HIGHLIGHTS: The class is held by our alumni who has special interest in Bordeaux Fine Wines. The class includes general introduction on Bordeaux wines, how to pick and serve the wines. Content includes: * introduction on Bordeaux wines * different Bordeaux Wine classifications (e.g. 1855 Classification & St Emillion Classification) * different types of grapes used inside and other Bordeaux * tasting on 5 wines (3 Bordeaux wines with at least one 2nd Growth wine, plus 2 wines from other regions with pure 100% Pinot Noir/Shiraz) * how to select wines of different prices and quality * how to serve different Bordeaux wines, including ageing and decanting strategies **REMARKS** This event is FULLY booked as of 13NOV2011.
