Cocktail Workshop 2015
by Professional Alumni Group

The venue of the workshop will be in 3/F, 23 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

learn how to make 10 kinds of cocktails

The ten cocktails are as follows:

1.Nothing

2.Grasshopper

3.Tequila Sunrise

4.Sex on the Beach

5.Virgin Colada

6.Long Island Iced Tea

7.Lychee Martini

8.Black Russian

9.After 5

10. Cucumber Island

understand different types of cocktail glasses
for each kind of cocktail, 2 participants will come to the bar and make the cocktail
qualified cocktail tutor to lecture/ explain and demonstrate cocktail making techniques

HKUAA reserves all rights about the reasonable arrangement of the class. In case of typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm, class may need to be postponed. No refund will be entertained after payment.
