Mr TSO Man Tai Thomas 曹萬泰 (HKU BSocSc, MSocSc) Mr TSO is the Former Director, Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing (前駐京辦主任). He joined the Hong Kong Government as an Administrative Officer (AO) and worked in the Hong Kong Government for over 30 years. Mr TSO is HKUAA Executive Committee Member right now.
