The Pilot Body Check Plan for HKUAA Members at the 
Hong Kong University-Shenzhen Hospital

The Pilot Body Check Plan is an initiative created by the Development and Alumni Affairs Office of HKU in collaboration with the Hong Kong University-Shenzhen Hospital for the benefit of the Hong Kong University Alumni Association Members.

HKUAA members who register for the plan with receive on-site discount vouchers  worth (1) 1,000 RMB for Excellence Area (卓越區) packages and (2) 500 RMB for Administrative Area (行政區) packages. The offer also applies to three family members wo register simultaneously.

The body check will take place at the International Medical Centre (IMC), which is a standalone facility within the expansive HKU-SZ Hospital complex. It is conveniently located near the Shenzhen Bay Park station on the Shenzhen Metro.

Pre-registeration
Pre-registration with the HKUAA Office is mandatory*. An HKUAA member and up to 3 family members (1+3) are eligible to enroll in the Pilot Body Check Plan. 
The following details are required for registration:

1. English Name (as shown on your ID)

2. Chinese Name (as shown on your ID)

3. Mobile Number

4. Email Address

*Alumni who fail to complete the registration will not qualify for the benefits, even if they are a HKUAA Member. The same required details must also be submitted for any registered family member(s). 

Body Check Period: 23 June - 30 November 2025
Members who have pre-registered will receive a confirmation email from the HKUAA Office with contact details of the HKU-SZ Hospital so they and their family members can directly schedule their body check appointments.

The main distinction between the two Areas is that patients in the Excellence Area (卓越区) are provided with a private room (for daytime use only) and will have a nurse to assist them throughout the body-check process. Patients opting for the Administrative
Area (行政区) plan will share the checkup and rest room, though these are exclusively reserved for IMC patients.
