Dear HKU Young Alumni,

Hong Kong University Alumni Association (HKUAA) would like to recruit HKU Young Alumni to be Mentors of "HKUAA Summer Mentorship Programme 2009".

This is a non-profit making programme organised for the third year by HKUAA YOUNG ALUMNI GROUP. The programme aims to help secondary students gain a better understanding of university life through meeting HKU Alumni.

As a mentor, you will participate in the activities and inspire the mentees with your insights and experiences. Apart from nurturing a new generation of talented youth, it is also an invaluable opportunity to equip yourselves with the essential skills to be an inspiring leader. Other details as follows:

*Target Mentors: Committed volunteers who are HKU Young Alumni from all professions.

*Target Mentees: F4-F6 students from EMI secondary schools / local international schools.

*Programme Duration: July - August 2009, four bi-weekly gatherings on Saturday afternoons. Tentative starting date will be July 4, 2009.

*Format: Successful candidates will be arranged into groups of three to four mentees under the guidance of two to three mentors.
