New Year Buffet Dinner at the Hong Kong Club

Merry Christmas !!!

To celebrate the New Year 2011, you are cordially invited to join our New Year Buffet Dinner at the Hong Kong Club.  Details are as follow:

Date:               Saturday, January 8, 2011

Time:              7:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Venue:            Garden Lounge, Hong Kong Club, 1 Jackson Road, Central, HK.

Charge:          $360 per person (including two glasses of red/white wine or soft drink)

Menu :

1. Asparagus cream with saffron croutons.

2. Gravad lax (home dilled salmon).

3. Sea bass carpaccio brushed with olive oil.

4. Home made pate and terrine.

5. Mint tabbouleh with grilled sardines.

6. Baked Kurobuta pork.

7. with ladies' fingers.

8. Banana bread and butter pudding with Galliano custard.

Not to forget the wines at the dinner.  On offer are 4 wines from 3 continents, which we recommend should be sampled in the following order:

1. Shearwater Sauvignon Blanc 2009

2. Paladin Pinot Grigio 2009

3. Casa La Joya Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

4. Chateau Les Reuilles 2005

The origins of the wines are, respectively, New Zealand, Italy, Chile and France.

Due to room size, the event will accommodate 40 persons only.  Registration will be on first-come-first-served basis.  To book your seat, please complete and submit the form.  Incomplete information may not be entertained.  Please email us your payment receipt to cherrie@hkuaa.org.hk    Seat(s) will only be reserved upon receipt of payment.
