This party aims to provide all professionals who are graduates of HKU with a casual and relaxing opportunity to mingle with fellow HKU alumni before Christmas. Details are as follows:

Date: 23 Dec 2023 (SAT)
Time: 8:30 - 10:30 p.m. (late comers would not be waited)

Gathering Point: 屈地街電車廠 Witty Street Tram Depot (MAP)
(Route: 屈地街電車廠 (Whitty Street Tram Depot)- 跑馬地 Happy Valley - Hill Road#
*Please arrive at the Whitty Street Tram Depot 15 minutes before departure.
#All hirers are required to alight at Hill Road tram stop and are not allowed to enter the Tram Depot when the tram charter is completed.

Capacity: 30
What to do: enjoy wine and softdrink, gift exchange (only those who bring a gift of more than HK$100 in value)
Dress Code: Casual (with Christmas accessories)
Price: HK$300 (No walk in will be accepted)

Terms and Notes

l Helium balloons or confetti are banned on trams.

l Selfie sticks or umbrellas are not allowed on tram balcony.

If you have not yet registered as a HKUAA Member, please do so through our website. It is FREE for all HKU alumni, HKU students, HKU staff and Members of HKU Foundation.

During the event, please follow all the rules and instructions made by HKUAA or the service provider. HKUAA will not be liable for any damage, injury or serious consequence that may be caused.

HKUAA reserves all rights to make the ultimate decision on all related issues.
