Tibet – A Visit to the “Roof of the World”
Spectacular skylines of majestic mountain peaks, breathtaking canyons, scattered highland lakes, rolling pasture and farm land and pristine forests……..
This is a land of vast contrast with snow-capped mountains offering beauty unsurpassed and deep tropical rain forests and open pasture land against imposing mountains and conifer forests.
Tibet is a land of enduring enchantment and tantalizing mystery, known to all as the “Roof of the World”. The resplendent scenes of nature and cultural traditions, heavy with history, are all evident for the visitor to see and experience.

She has written five books, covering travel, career development, and marketing and communications. She will share with you her adventurous trip to Tibet.
She will talk about her visits to the world famous Potala Palace, and show meautiful photos of monasteries off the beaten track, as well as her meeting the monks and nuns of the monasteries, the Rinpoche of Llasa, and the long, dry, unique journey across the Tibetan Plateau, all the way through the majestic Himalayas and onto Katmandu, Nepal.
