It was a marathon of eating and drinking from 7:00 pm of the very last day of 2005 to 1:00 am of the very first day of 2006. We started off having dinner at the Dexter Man room, then a wine-tasting party led by a wine expert and served with numerous bottles of wine. Finally, we had karaoke at the Alumni Lounge to welcome and celebrate the arrival of 2006.

It was a special time to remember when around 60 HKU alumni, families and friends celebrated the festive moments together at our own private club area, joining hands to bid a collective farewell to the departing year and expressing our joy and hope for the year ahead.
