“whole suckling pig roasting on an open fire… one whole lamb sizzling with smoke and marinade…” These images conjure up a mellow autumn night with dining by the pool side. This is exactly what HKUAA is now offering to members with details as follows:

Date:                          Saturday, December 08, 2012

Time:                         7:00 pm – 10:30 pm

Charge:                     HK$500 per person (same for adult or child above 12) including coffe and tea

Deadline for Reservation :      November 20, 2012 (Tuesday)
 

Menu

Carvery: Whole Lamb & Whole Suckling Pigs
Salads:  Caesar Salad; German Potato Salad, Ham and Corn Salad & Pasta Salad with Smoked Duck Breast.
Appetizers: Anti Pasto Platter & Smoked Fish Platter.
Soup: Pumpkin Cream Soup.
Vegetables: Sauteed Green Vegetables & Corn on the Cob.
Starches:  French Fries.
Sides:  Chicken Curry & Beef Curry.
Desserts: Cheese Platter, Lemon Cheese Cake, Fresh Fruit Platter, Black Forest Cake & Apple Crumble with Vanilla Sauce.
Beverage:  Coffee and Tea.

As the venue can accommodate only 80 persons, we operate on a first-come-first-served basis.

You can make one lump sum payment if you enrol with your friend(s). Please advise the name(s) and personal information if do so.

Please note that payment is non-refundable. We will charge you only if we have reserved place(s) for you. However, you will NOT be charged when the event is full.  We will advise whether you get your place(s) in due course.

You may visit our website before you enrol as we will update the places frequently. Please be noted that we will not responsible for any delay in the information.

If you have not yet registered as a HKUAA Member, please do so at our website, FREE membership for all HKU alumni and students.

During the event, please follow all rules and instructions strictly made by HKUAA or the service provider. Please act responsibly and HKUAA will not be liable for any damage, injury or any serious consequences that may be caused.

HKUAA reserves all rights to make ultimate decision on all related issues.
