  • What constitutes good energy
  • What do energy boosters (eg. coffee, “energy drinks”) do?  Why do they lower our energy in the long term? 
  • Relationship of food and our moods, energy level, brain function etc
  • Natural and economical ways to promote energy and increase mental acuity by food and beverages
  • Stress management (chronic low level stress – silent cause of energy depletion, premature aging, damage of neurons, etc)
  • Answer questions from audience, eg. dietary supplements that promote energy, mental acuity, etc, nutrition for different body constitutions…
