About the speaker
Dr. Felix Wai-Kwong Yip

Felix regards himself as practitioner-scholar and has over 25 years of enriched experience in Strategic and Operational Human Resource Management in multinational corporations with diversified industries in Greater China Region, including Hong Kong. He started his teaching career as programme director in HRM Programmes with Hong Kong Baptist University in 2011 and is now a Teaching Consultant, Director of HRM Mentoring Programme at Department of Management and Associate Director of Centre for Human Resources Strategy and Development of Hong Kong Baptist University. He currently has part-time teaching at Hang Seng University too. He is also a mentor of the University of Hong Kong Mentorship Programme since 1998.
