The global recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic provides a unique opportunity for the world to think radically about the pathways to a better future. How will global policymakers deploy massive investments to rebuild a more resilient and sustainable world? After the markets have priced in a V-shaped recovery, can the cyclical upswing last and deliver further positive surprises? How will the US Build Back Better initiative and China’s digital and green revolution change the global economic landscape? How should investors position for the gigantic transition to a net-zero economy?
