He is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of MaLogic, a new breed of consulting firm offering business solutions by integrating brand strategy, research insights and big data analytics. He was the former Chairman of Ogilvy S. China and HK as well as the Chairman of HK4As. Royce is a Professor of Practice and has been lecturing MBA across China and HK for two decades. He was a Council Member of the HK Trade Development Council and HK Academy for Performing Arts. Royce was also the Vice-Chairman of Plan International HK for 10 years, an NGO focusing on serving underprivileged children around the world. He is now serving as an Advisory Committee Member for art development and an Advisor to Our Hong Kong Foundation, a leading non-profit and non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting Hong Kong’s long-term interests and sustainable development by drawing upon Hong Kong’s unique advantages. Royce was conferred Honorary University Fellowship by the HK PolyU, awarded Scholar Marketer of the Year plus Honorary Fellow by the HK Institute of Marketing, and appointed Justice of The Peace by the HKSAR.
