Note:

1. The visit organized by TKO desalination Plant itself is free of charge.
2. The transportation charge is compulsory, even when the participants might have other transportation arrangements.
3. No parking facilities are available at the visit venue or nearby.
4. Payment is made only when you receive the HKUAA notification email for place offer.
5. Your place offer will be lost and transferred to other applicants still on waiting list when your payment with bank or HSBC payme receipt sent to HKUAA by email is later than the payment deadline date.
6. No refund is allowed after payment, except when the visit event is cancelled by organizer or HKUAA.

Note:

1. Please read all the instructions for the applicants from Organizers – Water Supplies Department and HKUAA at the end of this page before application.
2. No parking spaces will be arranged at TKO desalination Plant or nearby.
3. Places will be ONLY offered on first-come first served basis with full information given (Name of all visitors plus their UK size of safety shoes on the sign-up registration form) during the registration and following the guidelines until the quota of 24 is fully placed. 
4. No payment is required when you fill on the sign-up form for registration. 
5. Only the shortlisted applicants (e.g., first 24 applicants or those on waiting list later on) will be notified by HKUAA place offer notification email for payment (either by receipts of payme or bank deposit) later on.
6. Late or no payment after place offer notification email will lead to withdrawal of the places automatically after payment deadline is reached.
7. Places will be assigned based on the time the application is made with full information and right method.
8. Each HKUAA member is eligible to apply for 2 quota (including the applicant) at max together with friends/family members at the age of 18 above.
9. As this visit itself is FREE OF CHARGE (except transportation costs involved), reserve the place(s) on NEED Basis in order NOT to abuse the quota and waste the resources of Water Supplies Department. 

10.Only applicants with full payment receipt sent after receiving place offer notification email will be followed by formal place confirmation email around THREE weeks before the date of visit.

11.HKUAA will not inform those unsuccessful applicants without any place offer or place confirmation later on by any forms.

12.NO walk-in visit on the day is allowed.

All successful applicants after receiving notification email need to pay within information of FULL NAME(S) of their participants plus the size of safety shoes) for visit arrangement by TKO desalination plant.
