HKUAA Community Services – Visit Christian Zheng Sheng College 探訪正生書院

In early June 2013, we were honored to have Principal Alman Chan (陳兆焯校長) of Christian Zheng Sheng College (正生書院) to share with us the stories, operations and mission of the College. Our members had a very good discussion with the Principal and learned more about Zheng Sheng. Here now we have the opportunity to visit the College in order to show our support to students and appreciation on the great work Zheng Sheng has been offering to the community.

Fee: $250 per person (The fee includes Zheng Sheng visiting fee, lunch box provided by the College, boat trip and insurance)

For successful enrollment, instruction to deposit the fee to HKUAA account will be provided.  No refund will be arranged after payment is made.

Registration Deadline: Dec 10^th, 2013 (Tuesday) 6pm.

Event cancellation or rescheduling:

1. 1.      If there are less than 50 people sign up or funding not enough to cover the boat rental cost, the event may be cancelled.  Advance notice will be sent before the event and refund will be arranged accordingly.
2. 2.      For Black Rainstorm Signal, Typhoon signal 3 or above, the visit will either be rescheduled or refunded.

Registration is on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis and reservation would only be effective upon payment confirmation. Remarks:

* Please provide your FULL name as this is for insurance purpose.

* You will receive a confirmation email upon successful enrolment on the event.

* Children aged under 12 should be accompanied by an adult, while children under 6-years-old are not recommended to join.

* After the boat trip arriving the island, there are about 30-40 mins uphill walking. Please wear appropriate sportswear.

* During the event, please follow all rules and instructions strictly made by HKUAA or the service provider. Please act responsibly and HKUAA will not be liable for any damage, injury or any serious consequences that may be caused.

* While seats are very limited, members who are absent or late from the event without proper notification and reason will be recorded, the record may affect your next enrollment to our upcoming events.

* HKUAA reserves all rights to make ultimate decision on all related issues
