[FULL] 香港大學校友會「名茶匯友」工作坊 (19 August 2017 Sat) by Professional Alumni Group
Chinese tea is a beverage made from the leaves of tea plants and boiled water. Tea leaves are processed using traditional Chinese methods. If you want to learn more about tea and its characteristics. You will find that this tea tasting workshop is fun and interactive, covering briefing on following topics with 4 kinds of teas in authentic origins for tasting. There will be signature honey and osmanthus toasts for pairing and all participants will learn to brew tea with a Gaiwan.
Topics included during the tasting workshop:
(1) What is tea?
(2) What is the origin of tea?
(3) The production process behind each tea?
(4) What do tea taste like?
(5) How can I brew a cup of good tea?
(6) How to choose the right teas for myself?
