本港補習社：回顧及前瞻！

根據資料提供，在2015/16學年間全港約有1,110間私營補習公司和1,775間私營補習中心提供中學補習服務。中學補習服務競爭劇烈，各補習社之間在聲譽及服務品質方面互相競爭。然而與小學補習服務市場相反，中學補習社在業界的聲譽極為重要。

而香港中學生往往會報讀市場知名的導師所任教的課程，以幫助學生取得理想學業成績。因此，中學補習市場的分散程度較小學補習服務市場為低。在2015/16學年間，約有11.4%的公司均以連鎖業務方式經營。

HKUAA好榮幸能夠邀請到港大校友而且是遵理學校創辦人June Leung ，分享她過去20幾年來運作經營連鎖補習社的歷程，解釋補習社市場的現況及未來發展方向。

Speaker - June Leung (Founder and CEO of BEACON Education Group)

June Leung (梁賀琪)為本港大型連鎖式補習社遵理學校創辦人之一，之前是該校中文及英文補習導師，現專注該校的行政管理工作。

June Leung 畢業於在香港大學文學院以翻譯系榮譽文學士畢業。而在 遵理學校創校初期，她教授英文之餘，還兼教中國語文及歷史等科目。她曾出版多本英文會考及高考教材，亦多次獲邀編寫模擬試題，也有其他文字創作包括報紙專欄及連載小說等。
