New Chef, New Specialities at HKUAA Premises
HKUAA Premises has introduced a brand new menu developed by Chef Lee, who has recently joined us from Luk Yu Restaurant.
With close of 30 years of experience under his belt, Chef Lee is one of the most coveted chef in Cantonese style dishes in town.
Some of Chef Lee's signature dishes are:
鷓鴣粥燕窩, 稔杏白肺湯, 菜膽炆斑翅, 燒雲腿鴿片, 珊瑚炒桂花翅,
正牌鹽焗雞, 八寶蓮子鴨, 碧綠生魚卷, 竹笙燴上素等名菜。
