Our invited guest - Mr. LAW Wai Hung, Francis
Dr. Law is the Vice-President and Chairperson of Assessment and Accreditation Committee of the Mediation Centre. He is a very experienced mediator and has over 700 hours of mediation services in Lands Tribunal, Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Commercial disputes, International Trade, Workplace disputes, Community disputes and Organizational disputes related disputes.
Hong Kong Mediation Centre
Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC) was established in 1999. It is a legal entity in the form of a company limited by guarantee which has the status of a charitable institution recognized by the HKSAR’s Inland Revenue Department. It is the first non-profit corporate mediation institution with charitable status in Hong Kong. The composition of HKMC is a group of professionals in various fields who are committed in the promotion of mediation to handle disputes in Hong Kong.
