UPDATE ON TIGHTER RESTAURANT RESTRICTIONS STARTING 14 JAN 2022

UPDATE ON TIGHTER RESTAURANT RESTRICTIONS EXTENDED to

3 FEB 2022

 

Dear Members,

In accordance with the further restrictions imposed by the Hong Kong SAR Government, the HKUAA Clubhouse is required to make the following changes to our operations extending from 14th January 2022 to 3rd February 2022.

The Clubhouse will remain open during this period but with the following restrictions:

  1. All persons must scan "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code using Mobile Apps before entering the club or dining at restaurants. Persons under 15 without the company of an adult or persons aged 65 or above, may complete a record form.
  2. Must wear a face mask at all times except when consuming food or drinks.
  3. Temperature screening before entering the club and hand sanitizer is provided at the club.

Main Restaurant and DB Lounge

  1. The Main Restaurant will open from 11:00am to 6:00pm. Dine-in service for Lunch only.
  2. Takeaway service will be available, with last orders to be placed at 3:00pm, for pick up at 6:30pm.
  3. The DB Lounge will open from 11:00am to 6:00pm, and orders for last drinks by 5:30pm.
  4. Type C and Type D Mode of Operation remain intact with details as follows.

 TYPE C Requirements

  1. Each table can seat up to 4 persons, with 1.5 meters space between tables.
  2. Restaurant must not exceed 75% of normal total seating capacity.
  3. Operation hours as usual from 11:00am to 6:00pm. Dine-in service for Lunch only. Takeaway service available with last orders to be placed at 3:00pm for pick up at 6:30pm.
  4. Each Banquet event must not exceed 20 persons.

 TYPE D Requirements same as Type C for the below points

  1. Each table can seat up to 6 person, with 1.5 meters space between tables.
  2. Restaurant must not exceed 100% of normal total seating capacity.
  3. Each Banquet event held at the HKUAA Clubhouse accommodates maximum of 100 persons.At least two-thirds of the total number of participants must have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

Please avoid visiting the Clubhouse if you

  1. Have travelled outside Hong Kong or close contact with anyone who has been outside of Hong Kong in the past 14 days.
  2. Have shown any symptoms of illness in the past 14 days, like fever, cough, shortness of breath or sore throat.
  3. Are subject to testing under the compulsory testing notices.

We hope these restrictions are short term and we wish everyone to stay safe and healthy.

尊敬的會員,

 根據香港特別行政區政府進一步的限制措施將由20221月14日延長至 2022年2月3日:

 
會所將在此期間保持開放,但有以下限制:

1.所有到訪本會的會員及賓客,進入餐廳前必須利用手機掃描安心出行二維碼。15歲以下而沒有成人陪同以及65歲或以上人士可選擇填寫表格。
2.任何時候必須一直配戴口罩,飲食除外。
3.所有到訪本會的會員及賓客進入會所時必須量度體溫及會所內會提供消毒搓手液。

 
餐廳和DB酒廊
1. 餐廳營業時間為上午十一時至晚上六時。僅限午餐提供堂食。
2. 外賣服務最晚下單時間為下午三時取餐時間則為下午六時
3. DB酒廊營業時間為上午十一時至晚上六時。飲料酒水等最晚下單時間為下午五時半。
4. C類和D類運作模式保持不變,詳細信息如下。
 

C類運作模式

1.每枱之用餐人數最多四人(會設有隔板或每張餐枱相隔1.5米距離)
2.每日之入座人數限制不得超過通常座位總數目的75%
3.餐廳營業時間為上午十一時至晚上六時。僅限午餐提供堂食,外賣服務最晚下單時間為下午三時,取餐時間則為下午六時
4.每個宴會活動不得超過二十人。

D類運作模式除了以下安排,其他措施將與C類運作模式相同

1.每枱之用餐人數最多六人(會設有隔板或每張餐枱相隔1.5米距離)
2.每日之入座人數限制不得超過通常座位總數目的100%
3.在本會所舉辦的每一個宴會活動上限為一百人。此外,三分之二賓客須己接種第一劑新冠疫苗。


會員及賓客請暫停到訪本會如有下列情況
1.過去十四天曾經外遊;與少於十四天前從海外到港的任何人事有密切聯繫
2.出現疑似病徵於過去十四天,包括發燒、咳嗽、呼吸急促及喉嚨痛
3.被納入強檢名單

我們希望這些限制是短期的,願每個人都保持安全和健康。感謝您一直以來對香港大學校友會的支持。
