HKU Alumni Groups* looking for a meeting place will have a free option now.

Alumni Groups* may now apply to waive the minimum Food & Beverage spending which is usually charged for room reservation at the HKUAA Clubhouse.  This special benefit is applicable to Alumni Groups* using the room for their monthly meetings or AGMs only, and advance application is required.

Please contact Mr. Lau Chi-on at +852 2522-7968 for prior review and approval by the HKUAA EXCO (via the House & Bar Sub-committee).  Conceding of the special benefit is at the sole discretion of the HKUAA EXCO, whose decision is final.
