美酒佳餚酒宴 1st WINE DINNER of 2019 at 7:30pm, on Tuesday, 15th January at HKUAA Clubhouse

Dear wine lovers,

I am very happy to announce our first wine dinner in 2019, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Mr Alfred Lai, our special member and organiser of his own Gourmet Wine Club. Alfred is also an experienced wine critic and educator. He is sponsoring all the wines for the event ! Alfred will naturally introduce the wines with his expert knowledge. Some wines will also be available for purchase.

There will be for each table of 12 persons, 7 mixed bottles of French and Italian fine wines including the 2005 Pontet Canet (RP97) and 2005 L’Hermitage (RP92) of total value in excess of $3,500 ! And we shall also have some fantastic new dishes from the kitchen including Chinese style rack of lamb and braised ox tongue, in addition to the usual fine items. All this will cost only $460 per head ( Wine Club members of both 2018 and 2019 get 10% discount ). We are limiting the number of participants to 50 and 18 seats have already been reserved. So please hurry to sign up for this gorgeous event before it is full.
