畢業於香港大學，清華大學交換生、曾任職於摩托羅拉，電訊盈科，普華永道等企業。

本科畢業後，參加了陳文鴻博士創立的香港理工大學中國商業研究中心研究生課程

2002年跟隨企業的管培生項目到北京發展。

先後在清華大學、人民大學、國家行政學院進修
