HIGHLIGHTS: The class is held by our alumnus who has special interest in Bordeaux Fine Wines. The class includes general introduction on Bordeaux Wines, how to pick and serve the Wines. Content includes: * introduction to Bordeaux Wines * different Bordeaux Wine classifications (e.g. 1855 Classification, Graves Classification & St Emillion Classification) * different types of grapes used inside Bordeaux * tasting on 5 Wines (4 Bordeaux Red Wines with one 2nd Growth Wine, plus one 1st Growth Bordeaux Sweet White Wine) * how to select Wines of different prices and quality * how to serve different Wines
