About “Road Trip in France – A Gastronomic and Architectural Adventure”
During his stay and traveling in France, Joseph always has two books with him - Le Corbusier and The Restaurant Guide. He sees culture, architecture and gastronomy as the main reasons of adventure. Thus, he had visited Villa Savoy in almost all four seasons, stayed at the Le Corbusier-designed Swiss Pavilion, La Tourette, and at the foot of mountain at Ronchamp; tasting champagne and wine in the road trips at Burgundy and Champagne while exploring the traditional style chateau and villa and the contemporary architecture along the way. In this sharing session, Joseph will share his delightful French experience of Food and Architecture Road-trip.
