HKUAA Community Services Team will join Radio-i-Care, a sub-branch of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, in the above event. The purpose of the event is to raise public awareness about the importance of mental health, especially on daily stress management, thus, with a theme in Chinese: 「輕鬆減壓每一天」.
Volunteers will be assigned to assist in managing a game booth stationed at certain locations in the Hong Kong Island. The purpose of these games is to raise the public’s awareness of how best to relive stress. Participants will also learn these while assisting in the game booth. You will also help out in handing out flyers and other promotion products that emphasizes the importance of mental health.
